A real estate investor for more than 20 years, Julien managed over 50 properties in France, China, Tunisia and Dubai before moving to Bali. He founded Balimmo in 2021 with a clear vision: to structure the Balinese market so that international investors can invest with full confidence, even remotely.
His experience in emerging markets taught him one thing: without a trusted local team, there is no peace of mind in investing. He built Balimmo on this principle.
With 5 years in building renovation and 8 years as a real estate negotiator then agency director in France, Julien joined Balimmo in 2023 to accelerate the group's growth. He owns a villa in Bali himself.
Having invested personally in Bali before taking on the leadership role gives him a unique client perspective: he knows how an investor feels 12,000 km away from their construction site, and what must be delivered to reassure them.
Two complementary profiles, one thing in common: they both started from scratch. They know the value of every euro invested and personally commit to each client project.

A network of land partners across Bali and a team of Indonesian agents are set up.
Julien Zordan joins the leadership to accelerate growth. Rental management is launched within the group.
Launch of shared investment: invest from €25,000 by buying shares in a villa.
Clients in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Canada, and a website available in four languages.
More than 70 office staff and over 300 workers on site.
